We offer two event options to suit your event needs:
You pay for your guests
If you'd like to cover the cost of drinks for your guests, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due on the day of the event.
guests pay for their own drinks
If you'd like your guests to pay for their own drinks, we require a deposit equal to 50% of the package price at the time of booking.
If the minimum spend is met during the event, your deposit will be fully refunded.
If the minimum spend is not reached, you’ll only need to cover the remaining shortfall at the end of the event.
This flexible option ensures your guests enjoy premium barista coffee and treats while giving you peace of mind.

These prices are based on events up to 15 miles from Stourport, Worcestershire. If your event is further, don’t worry, we are happy to provide a quote.
